Personally, I find the opposite with caffeine. You might notice an increase in energy and stimulation, but I find that caffeine makes it extremely difficult to focus.
What you’re looking for is to have your brain functioning in “beta state”. When I need this type of boost I listen to the Laser Focus program by Holothink.
It will help you to focus and concentrate, without giving you the scatter brained jitters that caffeine produces.
