Can You Tell Me About the Sedona Method?

Hello,

I would appreciate any light you could shed for me on what the Sedona Method is, how it has helped you and how to do it. Also what have you used it for, how long did it take, etc.,etc., etc.

If you don’t know about it, don’t answer. I want to know what people with actual experience have to say about it.

Thank you.

I tried it. I liked the methodology behind it, and the way of thinking out/questioning the problem… but personally I found it too cumbersome to go through the self question asking thing every time. I think it has potential to work, and I definitely applied the principles, but not really my cup of tea. I would say get the book and read it, it is worth the money even though I didn't find it to be the way for me. I found EFT instead, which works a lot faster, not so much stuff to do.

The self question part of it should become a natural recognition that you have a feeling, that the feeling is not real and that you can let go of it.

The Sedona Method (or Abundance Course) is a way of teaching a process that each of us do naturally, all of the time, except in special circumstances when we choose to hold on to a feeling that prevents our happiness and freedom.

At first, the process of inquiry in the Sedona Method can be tedious – but that’s the best way to teach people to engage in the process. After a period you don’t have to ask the questions – you simply recognize the feeling and let it go.

I prefer the Abundance Course, which is less well-known but more effective in my opinion. It teaches a different process for releasing that many more advanced “releasers” prefer.

Please note that I have worked for both of these companies in the past (no longer) and have experience with supporting hundreds of people in releasing unwanted feelings. I have found no better program and after seven years I use releasing in my own life on a daily basis.
