I have to admit that every time my wife and I have a disagreement, she brings up Byron Katie’s questions. Inevitably, she’s right and I’m wrong. Guys, don’t buy Byron Katie’s books for your wife! (I’m only kidding - it’s often difficult to hear that my reasoning is wrong but most of the time when I’m not happy, it is wrong - which is to say “It’s not based in reality - it’s based in my contorted perception of reality at the moment.)
