I would appreciate any light you could shed for me on what the Sedona Method is, how it has helped you and how to do it. Also what have you used it for, how long did it take, etc.,etc., etc.

I have guilt eating me up inside off of the littlest things, and when people forgive me, I still feel like they grudge against me.
