Audio Programs on IPOD?
Can the sedona method be put on a ipod?
I like to listen to programs like this on my Ipod but don’t know if thats possible. would be nice to be able to take these types of teachings with you throughout your day.

How do i do the Sedona Method?
I have guilt eating me up inside off of the littlest things, and when people forgive me, I still feel like they grudge against me.
